George Michael brought a great show and incredible state-of-the-art staging to the St. Pete Times Forum, Sat., Aug. 2, 2008. The packed house enjoyed his greatest hits and a few soulful ballads with a jaw-dropping video matrix background stage. Although he apologized for having a cold, he sounded in fine voice to the audience. Dressed nattily in the first 3/4 of his show, he entertained the crowd with a wink-wink nod to his indecent arrest a few years ago by dressing in a cop shirt for the last few numbers. This was shot (stills and film) with a little Panasonic Lumix camera from way up in the balcony.
