I recently enjoyed a cooking class with PBS' celebrity chef Nick Stellino, hosted by Armani's in Tampa. Although Armani’s regularly hosts cooking classes with their own highly regarded Chef Mike Von Burg, this was their first foray into inviting a celebrity chef. Chef Nick had his audience enthralled for two hours, regaling us with stories while he created very tasty and simple recipes, which we got to sample. The courses were accompanied by well-chosen Banfi wines, and presented to us by Lars Leicht, Vice President of Banfi. The Banfi wine estate encompasses an area in Tuscany, which is just slightly smaller than Manhattan.
